Rivet MRO is excited to share some eye-opening insights from our latest co-op marketing survey.

In this role, we’ve had the opportunity to talk with a wide range of suppliers and distributors, giving us a unique perspective on how co-op programs are working—or in some cases, where they’re missing the mark. And what we’ve noticed? There are some clear disconnects between the two sides.

So, we set out to dig deeper. We conducted in-depth, parallel surveys with both suppliers and distributors, asking similar questions to each group. Our goal? To understand these gaps and explore ways to foster stronger, more productive conversations between them and to understand where the challenges lie, where the opportunities exist, and how we can work together to bridge the gaps.
